Minors must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them (see house rules). It’s the only area in the building where smoking is allowed.

The Neighborhood:
Colonia Cuauhtémoc is one of the most central neighborhoods in Mexico City. Its streets are identified by the names of several world-famous rivers and some mexican rivers. Cuauhtémoc is a residential neighborhood that has experienced continuous gentrification due to its proximity to Paseo de la Reforma and the corporate activity of that important avenue of the city.
Cuauhtémoc is home to the United States Embassy and the British Consulate, that's why it is a very safe neighborhood.

In this neighborhood you will find the famous Pata Negra gastropub, Salón Ríos (tropical music cantina) and a varied global gastronomic offering: japanese, italian and lebanese cuisine. In the grounds of the Monumento a la Madre you will find the Museo del Futuro and its incredible sensory exhibitions about universal artists such as Frida Khalo and Vincent Van Goh.


Getting Around:
From Cuauhtémoc it will be very easy for you to move to the Bosque de Chapultepec - and from there - to the museums of Modern Art, Tamayo and Anthropology. The Zona Rosa, with its bars, shops and nightclubs, is very close after crossing Paseo de la Reforma, where you will be able to appreciate the iconic monument of the Angel de la Independencia and the “Fuente de la Diana Cazadora”.

You have at your disposal taxi services, ubers, ECOBICI and metrobus, so you can travel to the historic center of the city or the National Auditorium, in case you want to enjoy a great musical show.

Other Things to Note:
For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to check in (they can be requested before arrival to speed up the process).

* Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment (except for the rooftop). You will be fined if you break this rule.
* In case of possible incidents, an extra charge of $300 USD will be applied.
* We’re pet friendly, but a $200 deposit may be charged to cover any incidents.
