Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver's license, etc.) and children must provide their ID card or birth certificate upon check-in.
Room rate is based on 2 adults only. Maximum 2 children under 5 years old stay for free if using existing bed. Any additional child will be charged an extra fee.
Children 6-11 years old will be charged VND 75000 per child per night for breakfast directly at the reception upon check-in when using existing beds.
Children 12 years and over are considered as adults.
Children 12 years and over will be charged VND 500,000 per child per night with extra bed and buffet breakfast included. The maximum number of extra beds permitted in a room is 1. Guests are to pay the surcharge at the reception upon check-in.
