2/ General Regulations:
- In accordance with Vietnamese law, all guests MUST present an original ID, either a Vietnamese ID, Passport, and valid Visa for foreigners, or a Vietnamese Temporary Residence Card at check-in.
- Resort check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00pm. Special requests are subject to availability, and a surcharge may be applied.
- Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the resort.
- Any arising guest will have an extra charge as per resort policies.
- The Grand Club and VIP Gaming Areas are open to foreign passports aged 18 years and above only, in accordance with Vietnamese law. Only valid hard copies of the original Passport and valid Visa are accepted as proof of eligibility and will be required for verification before entry.
- For VAT (Value Added Tax) inquiries, please inform us at the time of booking or when using the service for prompt assistance; the invoice will not be re-issued after the check-out date.
3/ Occupancy and surcharges:
- The price is based on the maximum number of adults in the room. Depending on payment method, any extra persons will be applied surcharge as below:
* Children from 0 to 3 years old stay for free if using existing bed.
* Children from 4 to 11 years old will be charged USD 7.5++ for breakfast per day if using existing beds.
* Children from 12 years old and over will be charged USD 43++ per day for staying and breakfast.
* * For Fullboard / Halfboard packages, children up to 11 years old will share lunch / dinner with adults, or pay a certain amount to have another set of Fullboard / Halfboard. Please contact us for more details.
- Maximum occupancy of 1-bedroom residences is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old (using existing bed)
- Maximum occupancy of 2-bedroom residences/penthouses/2-bedroom villas are 4 adults and 3 children under 12 years old (using existing bed).
- Maximum occupancy of 3-bedroom villas is 6 adults and 4 children under 12 years old (using existing bed)
- An extra bed if requested is applied charge at $28++.
One extra bed can only be set up in living room of 2-bedroom residences, living room of penthouses and ground-floor living room of 3-bedrooms villas only – 1 extra bed only for mentioned residences and villas.

1/ Transportation:
- The property provides shuttle bus service at 217 Nguyen Van Thu Street, Hai Ha Building, District 1, HCMC.
The bus seats are limited and allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Reservation is required in advance and subject to availability. In order to process the bus booking, please contact us for checking available bus schedules and reserving the bus seats.
