In case of a flight delay, the shuttle bus will leave the airport on time and the property will reserve a seat on the next shuttle bus for guests. If the next shuttle bus is fully booked, guests are advised to take a taxi service to get to the property.

Rates include complimentary airport transfers from and to the property as per the property's schedule. The service is offered for the standard number of occupants of each room type. An additional extra surcharge fee is applied accordingly for an additional person or request transfer service out of the property's schedule. The booking is confirmed with the above-selected occupants. An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests checking in exceeds the number of occupants on the booking confirmation. Guests are advised to book more rooms to fit the actual number of guests.
Upon arrival, you are required to present a valid identification card or passport to process the property check-in procedures. A security deposit of VND 500,000 per night per room is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure in case guests are not comfortable when the property keeps the identification card or passport during guests' stay.
