Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The reception staff were very helpful when I requested a change of room due to traffic noise all day and night. I was able to move rooms the next day. They were very accommodating and in general responding to queries. Daily servicing of rooms. Good powerful shower and bath.

Negative: The location of the hotel. As it was away from the central area (Train St etc) and opposite a park, I thought it would be quiet. In fact, it was the opposite. Possible the noisiest stretch of road in Hanoi! If you want to get any sleep in this hotel, make sure you book a smaller, cheaper room at the back of the building, where it is quiet, although quite dark.

Summary: Disappointed with traffic noise at first but very pleased the staff were able to help me change room
