Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very good location, close to everything in sunset town. You can also see the fireworks for the room, and from the roof terrace is also possible to see parts of the shows (kiss/Symphony of the sea). The only staff member we had contact with was very good, friendly and helpful. Two AC fans in the rooms.

Negative: Some things specified does not exist, like a 24h reception (no reception at all actually), no safety box in the room etc. They only accept cash. Also, it feels like its not quite done yet, with som work going on in the entrance area etc. You also have to ask for everything, like new towels, toilet paper etc, but it is quickly delivered by the staff once you do ask. As the previous review, we did also have a clogged drain in the shower, but this was fixed within an hour after reporting it to the staff.
