The space
Masteri Thao Dien is the 5-star well-known residence complex. It is located in the most premium area of HCMC -District 2 where of most of the expats including business men, business women and tourists selected for their premium living.
Even in this whole complex, you can rarely find an apartment with Landmark 81 view with mordern furniture and design like my apartments.
Besides, this apartment is in T5 which is also the newest built and most premium tower in Masteri.
Guest access
The apartment are fully furnished with modern style:
- Balcony with great view to Saigon city and Landmark 81 (the tallest building in Vietnam, the second tallest building in Southeast Asia, and the 17th tallest building in the world). Landmark 81 often has firework performance in festival occasions and you can watch it from the apartment.
- One living room with 1 Smart TV, one sofa and one single sofa bed
- Two bed rooms with 2 Queen size bed (1.6mx 2m), 2 big wardrobes, hangers, hair dryer, iron).
- Open kitchen, with large fridge, cooking utensils, and and dinning table and chairs.
- Two bathrooms (5 bath towels , 5 hand towels)
- One washing room with washing machine.

1. Check in-Check out:

- On checking out, please put the card (and key) back to the mail box at the lobby (mail box unit code is the same as the apartment unit code).
2. House keeping
- We offer free cleaning once time per week including cleaning, towel change, bedsheet change for each stay of more than 10 nights.
- More frequent cleaning time can be offered with additional charge.
3. Parking
- Bikes/ motorbikes: please use inhouse parking garage on basement of each tower.
- Cars: please use near-by parking garages (close to T4 or T1) since in-house garage is always out of slot.
- Parking is chargeable and not covered under your rental payment.
- We will assist registration process for bike/motorbike if you need monthly parking.
4. Swimming pool and gym:
- Location: On floor 3A for tower T5, or floor 3 for tower T1,T2,T3,T4.
- Please bring access card to enter that floor.
- Open: 6am to 9m daily (free)
5. Electricity
- Turn on: When you go into the apartment, please find the main circuit board (in the apartment, close to the entry door), then turn on all the circuits.
- Turn off: when you go out of the apartment, please turn off all the circuits.
6. Heated water
- Turn on: please find the water heater switch on the inside wall of the bathroom and switch it on (red light). Water will be warm in next 5-10 minutes.
- Turn off: please switch off the water heater after use.
7. Induction stove
- Both the start icon and lock icon need to be turned on before use.
8. Intercom system
- This system is to request or allow entrance to the apartment floor without access card.
- To request: input 4 digits of apartment unit to intercom system at lobby then click “call”.
- To allow: click key icon on intercom system screen in the apartment.
9. Others:
- Please do not gamble in the apartment.
- Please do not use drugs, stimulants and other banned substances.
- Please do not make noise during the hours of 10pm to 7am.
- For smokers, please smoke only in the balcony or loggia.
