Summary: Nice and comfortable resort. We enjoyed our stay here! The pool area could be made more comfortable if there were more loungers available. Chairs quickly filled up in the morning, which took away from the relaxing experience a bit. The room service menu was out of date, which made the ordering process pretty tedious. After deciding what we wanted, we called only to find out none of our preferences were available. They instead had to send someone up to take our order, which made the experience more tedious and lengthy — somewhat defeating the purpose of room service. Overall a great resort!
