Summary: My stay was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the grounds are clean and well-kept, and the food was very tasty. The best thing is the incredibly friendly and efficient staff, who are there to take care of your every need with a smile. My massage and facial were great. That said, I think the space could use some love, such as fresh paint, flowering plants (it's Cuernavaca after all!), and warm decor - local crafts instead of the Marilyn Monroe supermarket poster, for instance. A bit more attention to detail would make it even more comfortable.
