Summary: Staffs are very friendly. Viet (bell boy) is extremely helpful. Meals (breakfast and dinner) were amazing, so much to choose from, alcohol included. Restaurant Staffs were very polite and the services were excellent. Hotel guests (mainly Russians) sometimes not very courtesy (didn't wait in line when get on and off the shuttle bus)
