Positive: Beautiful villa, good location.

Negative: The place definitely needs some work. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom needs some serious updating as the bath was loose and the showerhead was leaking. The main upsetting thing was the loud scratching and running around from rats or mice coming from the ceiling (where the restaurant was right above us) keeping us awake at night. Not only did it interrupt our sleep, but who would want to eat somewhere where rats run around at night? The staff were friendly and the place could be great if it was looked after a bit more.
