Positive: The choice & quality of food, pool facilities, clean beach, size of room

Negative: Lack of choice of drinks on inclusive menu (I started buying better quality drinks), staff cannot speak good english or make cocktails very well, guests were mainly locals and it got very loud & pushy at meal times, only one restaurant to eat in for all inclusive guests, some staff would serve locals first & poke fun at the foreigners, no pool bar or drinks service so had to walk to outside bar from deck chairs

Summary: My experience was mixed at this hotel. Its only 2 years old, so maybe with time it will improve.
