Summary: The host has always been responsive (this is my second time staying at one of her VRBO's). The location is outstanding! Steps to the pool and the beach. The resort is safe. The beach is great, especially when the tide is out! Check Google for this info. The ocean is swimmable, many families were in the water. The one bedroom suite has a very large bedroom with a king bed and sofa/bed for one. There is also a small desk if you need to work if outdoors becomes too hot. The outdoor patio has 4 chairs and a table. The bathroom has two sinks, the shower is walk in, has a great rainfall shower head with a large, tiled bench at the back. A table in the kitchen has 4 chairs. The utensils, dishes, cooking supplies were adequate for our needs. The host included dish soap, cloths and towels for the kitchen. We often had breakfasts, lunches and snacks in the condo and went out for supper so we did not need gourmet kitchen items! The fridge kept things cold and the freezer worked well. There is an ice maker in the freezer, but we did not use it. There is also a dishwasher, it worked, but we hand washed the dishes. There was a washer and dryer, easy to use, bring soap or buy some. There were weddings on the weekends, sometimes the celebration was on the deck area by our room. Celebrations ended at 10:00 or 11:00. It is loud, but it was not an issue for us. The condo is clean. Our friends stayed in the studio condo next door, it has a lock off door and is a separate listing.
