An easy one hour drive from the San Jose Del Cabo International airport. This beautiful new 3,000 sf home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and is located right on the sandy dunes of a beautiful white sand beach.
This home boasts all the comforts of modern living, including: 10-12 foot ceilings throughout, over 50 feet 8 ft tall glass sliders opening to the pool/beach, and a beautiful kitchen with high end appliances, Vita Mix blender, juicer, Insta-pot, crockpot, air fryer and a nicely stocked pantry with spices, oils, foil, ziplocks etc…
Step outside to enjoy the salty breeze, and you are greeted with an infinity edge pool, firepit with built in sofas, built in dining area, stainless steel BBQ kitchen, and fabulous patio furnishings.
All bedrooms include down comforters and pillows, smart TV's and mini split A/C. There is no heat in the house, so if you are here in the wintertime, pack accordingly! There is a SONOS sound system throughout the house, all you need is the SONOS app on your phone.
Would you like to add housekeeping or in home chef services? How about someone to do your shopping and deliver to the house before you arrive? A masseuse for a poolside massage? ATV delivered to the house upon your arrival? We can arrange that and more!
