Positive: The stay was fine. Bathroom wasn't really clean but not too shocking either. The room had a bit of a smoking smell. This was fine for one night, definitely nothing more than fine though.

Negative: Very odd I could ONLY pay in EXACT cash. The receptionist told me it's the only way to pay. Card is not accepted and he couldn't give change back(!). How is it possible to ONLY accept cash, AND NOT HAVE CASH FOR CHANGE?! Honestly feels like an outright scam.

Summary: Fine hotel, crazy payment limitation.
