Positive: It’s very clean comfortable and all new. It’s right next to the sea, though there’s no beach. There’s free refills of water and instant coffee

Negative: There’s balcony but nothing on it and too small to put a chair or a table.

Summary: The price is great value for the money, I would definitely stay there again.
