PARKING
Guests have access to 2 private covered parking spaces.
Additional street parking is available directly in front of the home.
Please note that street parking restrictions apply on the first Monday of each month from approximately 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Guests are responsible for observing all posted street signs and parking restrictions.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire home during your stay, with the exception of 3 locked owner and supply closets.
Entry to both the carport and front door is provided via smart keypad.
Locked owner and supply closets are not included in guest access.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
For the safety and security of our guests and property, the home has exterior security devices:
• A Ring doorbell monitoring the front entrance
• 2 exterior cameras monitoring the garage and alley area
These devices may record video and audio when motion is detected and may operate 24/7.
There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

The home may not be used for unauthorized events, parties, receptions, commercial gatherings, or similar activities.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including the outdoor patio.
PETS
Pets are not permitted unless otherwise required by applicable law or **Vrbo policy**.
PLEASE HELP US PROTECT THE HOME

• Avoid moving or rearranging furniture
• Keep food and beverages in the dining area only
