Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I chose this hotel, although it was old, it was renovated quite well and the interior design inside was really nice. We were assigned two rooms on different floors, perhaps because of the hotel's structure, we can understand this. On the first day, the hotel provided us with very new and clean towels. We were very satisfied with the thoughtfulness and beauty of these towels.

Negative: On the second day, the room was arranged with old towels (maybe they realized we were Vietnamese). We stopped thinking about returning on our next vacation and recommending it to our friends. The staff is unfriendly as well!

Summary: So sad 😞
