Positive: It was clean and comfortable The staff were kind and happy but spoke very limited English

Negative: There was no welcome pack in the room to tell you about the hotel and what was available. There were no instructions about the controls and how to regulate the AC. It was too far out with many many unfinished buildings, like an abandoned camp. They did not cater at all for English people so breakfast was very limited for us, there was no breakfast tea They didn’t put out any knives to spread your jam or cut your egg, there was no butter This hotel was last minute as had booked hotel in Hoi An but because of the flooding the booking was cancelled. I probably should have done some more research but we had so little time to book somewhere else. I’m glad I only booked the 2 days instead of the week originally booked in Hoi An.

Summary: I felt we wasted 2 days of our trip here, nothing against the staff they were lovely
