Summary: Best location in the city! You really can’t go wrong with Caravelle. It’s so convenient for sightseeing, taking the metro, city tour bus, and walking to various famous landmarks. The room is upscale and very comfortable. We love the breakfast buffet with many Vietnamese, Asian, and Western options, juices and fresh fruits are plentiful and very tasty. The concierge is very helpful in getting our laundry done quickly and booking a day tour for us. The only complaint is our room has a moldy smell. We asked for an air freshener but it didn’t help much. We think it’s from the old carpet so they should consider replacing the carpet or freshen up the room a bit. Otherwise our stay was lovely.
