Conozcan nuestra confortable casa familiar ubicada en el tranquilo y seguro barrio de Costa Azul, donde además de la cercanía a las playas (playa Icacos y playa Bananas) pueden disfrutar de varios restaurantes de comida típica, bares, antros,parques y attracciones turísticas (parque aquatico el Rollo).
La casa tiene una posición panorámica privilegiada para que puedan admirar los espectaculares atardeceres desde nuestra terraza.
Además cuenta con piscina/patio privados y estacionamiento privado.
The space
La casa está distribuida sobre tres plantas desde la entrada principal para abajo (está sobre un serrito).
Entrando del ingreso principal desde la calle nos encontramos en la parte alta de la casa donde están la sala, comedor, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar, refrigerador y una amplia terraza panorámica que se alcanza por una escalera desde la cocina. Además hay un cajón privado de estacionamiento adentro de la reja.
Bajando un nivel están las 3 recámaras: un recámara principal con cama matrimonial y baño privado y dos recámaras de la cual una con dos camas individuales y la otra con un sofá cama doble. Además hay un otro baño para estas dos habitaciones.
Bajando un nivel más está el patio con la alberca privada, 1 medio baño y una regadera exterior.
