Positive: the rooms is decent, clean and comfy bed for you to sleep. the receptionist i forgot his name was so helpful, can speak english, friendly and do the best in his job, i should praise him for all his hardwork to make sure the customers satisfied. keep up your good work. the breakfast is delicious

Negative: its just the hotel right now is quite mess since theres a construction infront of your room, and the weather there during my trip was completely zero visibility. we wait 2 days for it but maybe that is not our luck.. and the water heater there only hot for 5 minutes and its gone, ta xua was a total colder than i expected, it is below 10 celcius every day. plus the restaurant did not cooperate in the night.. they only open for free breakfast which is they will serve you noodles and vegetables and egg.

Summary: maybe the weather is bad so i did not very enjoy this trip, but overall the receptionist and hotel was great
