Summary: The hotel is nice but the service is poor. Some of the receptionists couldn't put a smile on their face. They treat foreigners a lot nicer than Vietnamese people. It's very odd as you spend way more money than the foreign tourists.Speak English if you are Vietnamese Americans. This hotel has a habit of saying sorry without doing anything about it.
