Positive: I could say that this hotel was one of the best I’ve ever booked on Booking.com. All the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The room was very clean — we stayed in the penthouse with my family, and there was even a table soccer game inside, which we played a lot :) The breakfast had plenty of options, and everything was really tasty. Also, just before we leave they gave us a little gift for the New Year (such a lovely gesture). I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Hanoi.
