Positive: Our family of five stayed at this lovely hotel for three nights (December 8–10, 2025), and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, beginning right at reception. Although our official check-in time was 3:00 pm, we arrived early at around 10:30 am, and the staff kindly arranged our check-in by noon, which we truly appreciated. Ms. Yen and Anna (apologies if I’ve misspelled their names) at the reception were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We booked a suite for five, and it exceeded our expectations; very spacious, well-equipped, and offering a great sea view. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and delicious spread each morning. The infinity pool was another highlight and something our family thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, we were very impressed with the facilities and the warm hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

Negative: Location is a bit far away from the city center. The official check-in time is at 3:00 pm, which could have been at 2:00 pm or so, even though the staff gave us early check-in.
