Positive: From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. Both Ms. Akane and Ms. Thuy Tran took care of us like we were their family. Every part of the service was intentional and well thought out. We never had to leave the hotel. They helped us arrange a special birthday dinner for my son and the families we travelled with and they even sent up a birthday cake and came up to sing to us. Out of everything that happened that weekend, indoor waterpark, beach, arcades, my son’s favorite part was the singing! When I got sick, they arranged for me to get to a Dr and sent a nurse up to help my mom. We will be back very soon! Thank you for an amazing time.
