Positive: The location was unquestionably the best thing about this property. The public buses, located a short distance away, ran to places we wanted and there was a Walmart as well as an excellent produce and fish market a short walk away. It was also a short distance to one of the beaches (which I thought was the best beach area for swimming in PV). It was a spacious room and fairly well equipped and supplied (thanks for the coffee!), though it would have been nice to have had a couple of soup bowls. We definitely appreciated the washer and dryer, which were in good working order. There was a good gym which I used daily, and the sundeck provided a lovely view of the sea and the cruise ships. The pool was also nice. The front gate guard was very nice (unfortunately, I have forgotten his name) and warmly welcomed us each time we returned from our daily outings. We had a few problems, but some of them were handled quite quickly (see below).

Negative: Where do I start? First, the toilet seat in the bathroom attached to the master bedroom as broken. We checked in on Friday, and it was not fixed until Wednesday. We also had a problem with the air conditioning in the back bedroom, but it was quickly dealt with. The water in the shower was just below lukewarm, but when we contacted management, they had someone come up and deal with it. The blind in the back bedroom was torn. The dishwasher did not work, and management basically told us not to use it. The sheets on the twin beds in the back bedroom were low quality. The microwave was filthy; it took several minutes to scrape off the food encrusted on the top and bottom of this appliance. The Wi-Fi was an iffy proposition going out for extended periods each day. The noise from the downstairs casino was RELENTLESS! We were on the 1st floor, and we could hear it 24/7. The furniture was dirty notably the sectional sofa which had very noticeable sweat stains.
