Positive: I liked our room, decorations, bed everything was good. Staff was charming and helped and assisted a lot. It was shocking for us that the bathroom was outside the room (we didn’t notice it was mentioned as “external bathroom” when we did our booking). Since we have a habit to take a shower and don’t wear much clothes after that (especially when you’re slightly wet) it was a bit difficult and weird for us to walk all the way from the bathroom back to the room. Also cuz the toilet and bathroom were outside we had a feeling like it’s not our private bathroom/toilet. Other than that everything was ok. It was also a bit shocking that we couldn’t bring our food/delivery to the first floor and eat there since it’s not a common space for the hotel guests but a tea shop. I think this place should be considered like a Homestay rather that hotel with the guest area on the first floor. The area was good. We found a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Cozy and calm. I’m happy we chose this location. Also there was not room cleaning what was totally fine with us, but it was a bit surprising. I later found out that it’s a common thing I. Vietnam. Overall, our stay was good. We liked our room, staff and area. It was a bit sad and inconvenient that shower/toilet were not in the room :(
