Summary: Bathroom walls and ceiling definitey need sound proof seriously. Room wall and floor shown bad water damages. Room keycard has an issue so a physical was provided to lock and unlock room. Room should not be available to guest until those basic issue resolved. Important: front desk personnel grading as poor.
