Positive: Lovely hotel and helpful staff. Breakfast was included. The room was good.

Negative: Booking.com overcharged me for this hotel. Identical room was available on local apps for half the price. I sent a message to booking.com about this and didn't get a reply. I will be deleting the Booking.com app as a result.
