Positive: Everything was great. The management really knows what they're doing - The hotel is well-decorated, comfortable, and has a great view of the hill and tea farms. - The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We communicated with them on Instagram throughout our stay, and they were very responsive. They sent us information about the nearby hill, Doi Da Phu, which we hiked for sunrise during our stay (unfortunately, no sea of clouds that time!) - We conveniently pre-ordered breakfast, so we could come down once everything was ready. - The staff helped us book a private car transfer to Ho Chi Minh; they have been working with this driver for a while, and he is very polite and drives safely. - There's a free postcard-making station in the lobby, which is such a nice touch. - The staff served us a plate of fruits and tea upon check-in and sent us away with gifts upon check-out.

Negative: Just that the shower door didn't close properly, so the water would leak out a little. Everything else is great

Summary: Everything and everyone was great. The management really knows what they're doing. 10/10 stay!
