Positive: The staff were amazing and very helpful. Well done to them all. Breakfast was simple but delicious and fresh.

Negative: This would be a perfect hotel if the facilities were improved. Tv did not work in our room, air conditioning unit did drop water, mould in bathroom and shower leaked water a bit. No toilet roll holder as well. Small things that can be improved to make this an outstanding hotel.

Summary: Central and comfortable. Staff are what makes this hotel pleasant.
