Summary: The night time front desk lady was very rude throughout the duration of my stay- she was bossy , never smiled and seemed like she was doing me a favor if I asked her for something... she should NOT be in hospitality. And it was very noisy!!! I got woken up several times by staff members talking loudly in Vietnamese outside of my room. One of the cleaners walked into my room without nocking first.
