Positive: The staff is AMAZING !!! Excellent communication on booking and WhatsApp. They came to pick us up at the bus stop (we were coming from Ninh Binh) at 2 in the morning. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff is super nice, attentive, helpful. The room was big and clean. And the whole property/garden is beautiful, a true retreat in nature. We were sad we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it fully.
