Positive: Check-in was easy, communication was great and the accommodation had everything I needed for 15 nights. This is a great self-contained studio apartment in a nice little area of Hanoi with lots of lovely local cafés - my favourite being 101 Cafe, which was located in a quieter alley. As a vegetarian it was a bit harder to find places to eat nearby, however, there is a fantastic vegan restaurant called Tỉnh Thức Chay about 10 minutes walk away and another called Wabi Sabi Vegetarian & Tea about 15 minutes walk. Akiba Curry, just around the corner from the accommodation, also had a vegetarian option. From a bus stop on one of the main roads, Đ. Nguyễn Chí Thanh, you can take the E07 bus, which stops close to all the main historic sights in Hanoi and also loops around the southern end eastern edges of the Old Quarter.

Negative: The light above the fridge/cooking area was a little bit bit dull, which made this area of the accommodation quite dark. Also the bath could have been cleaner. The duvet on the bed when I arrived was too thick and heavy for me, but fortunately there was a lighter thinner one in the wardrobe so I was able to change this myself (so perhaps this as a positive point...)
