Positive: The overall setting was really nice

Negative: Msny services were not avsilsble (e.g. masssge) because of low season. But this was not mentioned when booking. When we arrived at breakfast, well within schedule, there was hardly anything left. Oversll the personel was not helpful nor responsive, very unususl for Vietnam
