***IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR PROPERTY IS AN EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE ISLAND THAT IS APPROXIMATELY 15-MINUTE BOAT RIDE OFF THE COAST OF CATBA!
HERE IS HOW YOU WOULD BE TRANSFERRED TO THE ISLAND FROM CATBA:
As 'The One Island Escape' is the Only Private island destination in Catba, please note that we provide a free two-time per day pick up at 1:00-1:30PM and 4:30-5:00PM. Please do let our team know of your arrival time with details and contact number (Whatsapp) while making your reservation. If you do miss this pick-up or if your schedule doesn't fit our standard pick-up time. You may also request a different pick-up time or our Trip Consultants can advise you on the best time depending on your arrival time in Cat Ba. *$10 Extra fee for off-schedule departures may apply.
Please do understand if occasional delays arise due to unpredictable weather patterns. As the only private island destination in the area, we rely heavily on weather condition to connect visitors to our tranquil shores. The safety of our guests and crew is always our top priority. Occasionally, reservations maybe cancelled weather conditions or if we are unable to reach you through the contact details provided.
Pick-Up Location: We provide a complimentary free transfer from Tran Chau harbor for land mark
between 1:00-1:30, and also between 4:30-5:00PM (If you wish to be picked up at this time please let us know in advance). This is our designated meeting spot.
