Positive: 1000’s of lovely places to stay in Hanoi but my 2nd time staying here. If I could adopt the young people who work for this hotel I would! What a fabulous group of friendly yet professional young staff they have here. An absolute credit to the business, all of them ❤️. Julia on reception was just the most lovely person - so helpful. The guys in the restaurant and bar were great too ( sorry, I didn’t ask your names ).The rooms - super clean and comfortable, soft beds and pillows, the best! Roof top pool and bar, so relaxing. Luxurious feel to the whole hotel, soft lighting, nicely designed rooms with quality fittings. 10/10 though, the food, absolutely amazing! Talented chef! Thanking all of you guys for a wonderful stay, I’m going to miss you, I’m definitely coming back!

Negative: There is absolutely NOTHING to complain about here!

Summary: THE best place to stay in Hanoi if you aren’t a “backpacker “!
