Travel Purpose: business

Positive: There was a clear effort to provide a good stay: brand new towels, flip-flops, cleanliness, everything. Even the air con worked okay.

Negative: The balcony that was offered did not belong to the room. The furniture and the feeling was somehow not much comfortable. The noisy fan in the bathroom, the shower sink (a common problem in Vietnam)...

Summary: I appreciate the effort, but there are some things to do to make it more cozy.
