Summary: Hotel was great, room with a very good view on 21st floor. However, the good view had a problem - it was facing the beach side where every evening there was a very loud music from around 8pm until 30 minutes past midnight. This noise is not very loud on the ground floor and on the street, but high up on 21st floor, the loud beats of the music fills the air and we had difficulty sleeping and be in peace. On the second evening, we informed this to hotel and they were kind enough to promptly move us to the lower level room that did not face the beach but to a side (looking at another building). There was noise there too but much lower than before, so it was good. We are thankful for the hotel's quick action to move us. Other than this, the hotel has a nice big lobby, everything is kept clean and tidy, staff were all very supportive and kind. We did not have the information on the noise level in that room before - some people might be OK with such a noise considering great view.
