Positive: Everything. Concierge assisted with visa rectification of my wife within a few hours, that ticked all boxes for us. Very polite staff. Very clean and attentive. Cris and Kathy you guys are Rockstar. I tend to not like buffet but not at this amazing place, the variety was amazing. Just wished they included champagne for breakfast.

Negative: Nothing really, the toilet ventilation smell tends to backflow and needs to be investigated.
