1-Todos los huéspedes hospedados estarán sujetos a este reglamento y aceptan el mismo al hacer la reservación. En caso de no cumplimento, la Gerencia se reserva el derecho de admisión.
2-Check in 3pm Check out 11am. Late check out tiene un costo extra de $1,000pesos favor de verificar la disponibilidad del late check out con el manager en turno.
3-Por favor, retire la arena de sus pies antes de entrar en la habitación o a la alberca.
4-El hotel no se hace responsable de algún accidente físico que pueda tener el huésped al interior de las instalaciones.

5-Queda estrictamente PROHIBIDO FUMARADENTRO DE LAS HABITACIONES, pena una MULTA DE 1500 PESOS

11-Las toallas de las habitaciones son de uso exclusivo interno. (No deben sersacadas de las habitaciones) y deben de recibir un uso adecuado y no serutilizadas para otros fines. Somos un hotel que cuida su entorno y nuestrasplayas. Asimismo tratamos de ahorrar en consumo de agua y jabón. Le pedimos dela manera más atenta: si las toallas no necesitan ser cambiadas, cuélguelas. Si las tollas necesitan un cambio,póngalas ordenadamente en el piso para que la camarista se las cambie. Graciaspor cuidar nuestra naturaleza.
12-No tirar papel u otros objetos en el inodoro. Use la papelera.
13-Favor de no hacer ruido después de las 10:00pm ni antes de las 08:00am , para garantizar el descanso de los demás huéspedes.
14-No se permite la entrada a personas que no sean huéspedes. NO SE PERMITEN FIESTAS NI REUNIONES.
15-El hotel se reserva el derecho de admisión.
16-El hotel no se hace responsable por falta de señal de TV o Internet, o energía eléctrica causado por los proveedores.
17-Favor de avisar si observa algún desperfecto o mal funcionamiento en las instalaciones.
18-La administración no se hace responsable de los objetos personales perdidos. Ni de los vehículos u objetos dentro de los mismos.
19-Todo daño a las instalaciones causada por los huéspedes a los objetos, bienes muebles o inmueble será su exclusiva responsabilidad y deberán reembolsar el importe de la(s) reparación(es), incluye reposición de llaves por extravío ($500pesos)
20-La administración se reserva el derecho de revisar las habitaciones.
21-El horario de la alberca es de 8am a 9pm
22-No se permiten bocinas portátiles ni música en alto volumen que pudiera molestar a los demás huéspedes.
23-En caso de devolución cuando el pago del huésped ha sido en tarjeta, deberán transcurrir al menos 15 días para que sea devuelto, para verificar con la institución bancaria que el cargo ha sido procesado correctamente y no hubo reclamos posteriores.. Si el pago ha sido en efectivo, se hara inmediatamente, dependiendo de la logistica del flujo de efectivo.
