Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The food we ordered, via Google translate (staff don't speak English, which is understandable in this remote location) was good; chicken with chili and lemongrass was fantastic, delivered to our room. For breakfast, they delivered Pho Bo with coffee in take out containers, to our room, which was decent. Parked our motorcycle under the portico. Staff were friendly.

Negative: Wet shower - not a separate, enclosed shower. Place is dated. No restaurant; but we could order food from the receptionist via Google translate. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm and the receptionist initially assigned us to room on the 2second floor, which was musty, with cigarette butts thrown everywhere outside, and not the triple "luxury" room we had selected on Booking.com. We asked for an upstairs room, which was not musty, and had a double size bed, and twin bed. Place could have been cleaner. Room slippers were nasty and dirty, as was the bathroom mat. Comforters did not appear very clean. Lamp did not work; wires were exposed. Harsh overhead lighting.
