Positive: Excellent room, quiet, well appointed

Negative: Booking.com charged my card for the room, but the hotel doesn't use cards. I cancelled per owners instructions and paid cash. Booking.com tells me I have to pay a cancellation fee. For what? The owner's quite happy and didn't require any additional payment. Booking.com made a mistake
