Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The host was exceptionally accommodating towards our requests, including late check-in and check-out. Our transportation was delayed for 3 hours past check-out time, and after some explaining the host was understanding enough to not charge us additional fees for overstaying until our bus came. The staff were also nice enough to pick us up from the apartment and drop off at the property's gate with his semi, also giving tips on where to wait for the bus. The rooms were immaculate, and unlike the common airbnb places, this flat actually feels lived-in because every appliances one could think of would be found, from the abundance of kitchenwares, oven, microwave, to hair dryers, washing machines and drying racks. There were little to no trash cans / trash bags, but the building's garbage chute was easy to locate and we had no difficulty re-purposing the plastic bags from our own purchases during the stay. Overall, there is nothing to complain about this stay, except for the minor inconvenience of no pool access.

Negative: Management at Ocean Vista (the property's developer) requires a fee to access its Pools and Beach (VND150K/adult), unless we have documents proving that we are the owner of the apartment we are staying at - which we cannot have as travellers.

Summary: Incredible place with an ocean view and huge connected balcony space great for team activities
