Positive: Friendly staff, got to see some goats chilling in the area, pool was great.

Negative: Not in the main stretch of tam coc so you will need to cycle in to get food. This is all good except if youre in rainy season. Pretty tired rooms/resort that have been photographed very well. Patchy wifi, some exposed pipes/wires in the bathroom, overall, it's quite basic and more of a 3 star. We were unlucky and stayed here during a typhoon so spent a lot of time at the resort.
