Positive: Loved the architecture and ambience. The main pool was beautiful and we also really enjoyed the Beach Club pool and the treats etc during “happy hour” - served by great staff!

Negative: Did not enjoy the music at the main pool, when it was cranked up for the aquatic exercises and remained high for the rest of the afternoon. Regarding our room, we reported twice that the coffee maker did not work - nothing was done and we didn’t use it throughout our stay. Re bathroom supplies, we were often missing a bath mat, face cloths, hand towel, after the room had been cleaned. Disappointing service. The stairs up from the beach/pool then to our room were a trial - it’s the main thing that would stop me making a return visit.

Summary: Very enjoyable, especially exploring the grounds - why no tour in English?
