Positive: Lovely hotel with a great vibe. We loved the design and decor. We loved our room, but we lucked out big time. Our friends staying there with us got a horrible room with 2 small windows that barely opened. Staff were all very friendly, kind and helpful. Every single employee we encountered was fantastic.

Negative: Pools could be way cleaner. Many times I didn’t want to get in. Same with the hot tub. Need more lounge chairs for the beach. Witnessed a fair few guests getting angry at employees for not having lounge chairs available. It was awful to see.
