Positive: The view of our room was absolutely spectacular. Bed was gigantic as well as the overall space in the room. Really appreciated the wood interior design - made the feeling of the room very comfy. Service was attentive. But, no doubt, the best part was the guided tour to local villages that was arranged for us at a fair price. The tour guide, a local named Pa, was the sweetest and most competent person we met in Vietnam and she took us all over her village, showing us all the wonderful details of their lifestyle. Always with good spirts and sense of humor. Was one of the highlights of our trip. Would definitely recommend.

Negative: Massage we booked on the spa was not memorable. Seemed kind of automatic. Breakfast had a nice egg service, but overall restaurant food was just ok. It was winter, so that might have influenced, but overall hotel facilities like gym, pool and common area where just above average - except for the beautiful views, of course.
