Positive: The staff Mr. Dung, Ms. Thuy Ms. Len Mr. Tuan and the manager, Ms. Jenny incredibly attentive and accommodating, they ensure that every need was met promptly and with a smile. The hotel maintained an impressive level of cleanliness throughout the property, including the rooms, common areas, and dining facilities. The accommodations are spacious enough and furnished with comfortable beds and modern amenities, making for a restful stay. It has a great Location**: Situated conveniently near Hoan Kiem Lake and most popular attractions, the hotel made it easy to explore the local area while providing a peaceful retreat when needed. The breakfast is simple Vietnamese foods but delicious.

Negative: The mini fridge in my room is not functioning. I did reported but no action was taken. I hope they will improve on this matter.

Summary: Great staff, great location.
