Negative: The way the staff handled our guest. Once the guest reached the hotel aroung 12 noon. They want to put the guest in the sub standard room. We booked ocean view room but they were offering no view room. They say, we do not know about this, travel agent booed for you and we do not have this room with us. We raised alert, neither Booking.com not the hotel responded to complain. Fortunately being a local company we asked our Vietnamese staff to communicate. Finally they offered ocen view room. Bad experience with booking.com and the hotel.

Summary: Disappointing experience still gave a fair review.
